Martial Arts Summer Camp

Gear up young champions and kick high!! Join EZ Kid's Self Defense Academy this summer for our Karate Camp!! Let the martial arts games begin!  Ninja Fun or game activities with a martial arts twist will be incorporated into each day.

Karate camp students will begin each day with yoga to enhance flexibilty and meditation to further focus the mind.  Additional exercises for strength, balance, and agility will be learned and practiced.  Martial arts disciplines of Karate Jujitsu, and Kung Fu will be taught for beginners and for practitioners who want extra practice. Kiyah!! 

Some past activities include: Building and launching bottle rockets, creating slime, capture the flag, sparring, kendo, and ninja obstacle course, just to name a few!!
